Names: communication fade, Communication completeness bias
Be default when something is communicated it has lower resolution than the original.
Putting effort makes the resolution goes up. You may have encountered this when after an amazing experience you try to capture by sharing a photo of it. There is of course a biased wish that the photo will convey that, but this is mostly the creators illusion. On the other hand when put a lot of effort one can communicate experience in even higher resolution then when actually happened. Think of some high quality movie capturing a time when a person went through something transformative. But this involves energy, a lot of it.
There is also an illusion of communication. So the person who experience something will think that when they communicate it captures the situation in higher resolution than it really is. It's the same forces in play when you are humming a song and the other person cannot guess it. On the same symbols of meaning words, sounds you associate real experiences and it makes sense to you. It's also the same reason why almost every relationship therapist will tell you that the most universal feedback any relationship will benefit from is improving communication. One should over communicate in order to land at just communicating.
Communication is in a way tragical. Because of the communication bias one think it's possible to broadcast experiences in a high resolution and a lot of them. But in reality one have to choose a couple of them and inherently they are left alone with a lot of experiences. Agreeing on being alone, separated and letting go is important skill that helps allocate energies in a better way.
Potential outcomes: making less photos, channeling energies in life-work to do less things but better
