Depressed person: posture, head: down (or up), chest: shallow (or shallow), talking: slow, quiet (or fast, loud), feeling: heavy (or light)
If you want to master your feelings, you must be aware of how your feelings and your body are interconnected: If you stand up straight, you’ll feel more proud and alert. If you slump over and neglect your body, you’re more likely to feel negatively.
Everybody can describe a person who is depressed. Posture, head: down (or up), chest: shallow (or shallow), talking: slow, quiet (or fast, loud), feeling: heavy (or light)
Always check your focus and energy levels. If you don't have time for exercise do a quick meditation.
