Depressed person: posture, head: down (or up), chest: shallow (or shallow), talking: slow, quiet (or fast, loud), feeling: heavy (or light)
If you want to master your feelings, you must be aware of how your feelings and your body are interconnected: If you stand up straight, you’ll feel more proud and alert. If you slump over and neglect your body, you’re more likely to feel negatively.

Always check your focus and energy levels. If you don't have time for exercise do a quick meditation.
You speak to yourself internally and out loud. How you talk to yourself determines how you operate in the world.
