Tendency to undervalue how seemingly disconnected element can have effect on each other and a complex system as a whole

My personal examples:

When I strengthened my abdominal muscles in gym I become a lot better soccer player
When I worked on a better posture in my spine it changed the position of upper teeth more to front in relation to bottom teeth
