But what if the real ratio is when I do above baseline of productivity or that you can be only satisfied with 30% best results. So by default I am dissatisfied with 70 of results. And I just don’t see it bc our cognition is very good at rationalization and adjusting bad experiences as good memories. So we are basically doomed to feel bad to motivate to feel good.
