Do something even if it is not systematic

Sometimes I don’t do things because there is no systematic approach in it. For example when I am dressing up for a day and there is one t-shirt that would make me feel good and right. But I don’t wear it beacuse it feels like an outlier, like cheating or something. I try to counteract it this dynamic. I want to take this t-shirt. I think I can often benefit from just finding manually one thing that works. I think doing being okay with doing things like this would be a a huge upsite in a lot of situations. Just look around and try to find exceptions that works.
