The goal is to focus on one thing and whenever you do it’s important to congratulate yourself on this. When you congratulate yourself the inner self likes to come back to it more often. And when you focus on really one thing… So not on the breath, but for example on the left nostril tip where the air is coming out. And there is this revelatory thing. If you can be okay with that. If you can like focusing on one thing everything because sort of lighter. It seems in the real world we are in constant chase for something, our minds love swithcing from one thing to another, always kind of in a state of not fulfillment, chasing after the next thing. So if you can focus and like this one weird thing you are being just more accepting with what reality really feels like. If you try to meditate all people experience inability to focus. Mind loves to switch channels, switch content it’s focusing on. But this in some way is sort of illusion, because the content is less swithcing and more the experiencing thingys. So if you get to like this weird sensation of one thing you are good with everything else. It’s like antidotum for needing to switch. It’s like anti addiction to the need of chasing and switching. It’s a superpower to be more okay at artbiralness of life. LIfe is just series of abstract sensations. You are sort of closer to the feeling of that life is just building castles on the sand or painting on the water. There is no departure. You surely be default are not content with wahts here. Becasue you are on the chase. But after practicing that this is okay, that there are a lot of things that are in my life that I strived for before, and they are okay. And it helps to arrive at this when one is able to care about this one sensation. If this is okay, everything else is.
